Outlook Automatic Reply shows formatting

Using Office365 and Outlook 2013.

When a particular user sets her out of office auto-reply, the sent messages include a load of formatting information. For example:

I am out of office on annual leave until Monday 28th of July with limited access to my emails.If urgent please contact main office on +44 xxxxxxxx.Kind regardsA User

I've tried setting this up from OWA and Outlook, and tried completely removing all existing text before retyping.

It only seems to be affecting this one user.

Any ideas where the problem could be?
