Hello everyone-

I have not been able to figure out how to do the following. Here is the situation and what I am trying to accomplish.

I have a user who leaves the firm. His email address (jsmith@abccompany.com) is "added" to my alias, so I will now get his email. His email account is then changed to jsmith@gone-abccompany.com) and his account is disabled (per company policy).

I need to set up a rule in my inbox that sends an autoreply to the sender of the email saying that jsmith is no longer with the firm and to contact me with any questions. I need a rule and I think I can use the condition of "specific words in the recipients address" and then specify the email address. But at that point I am stumped. How do I get a message back to the sender?

Thanks for your assistance.
