I have a shared mailbox - 2 users have access to it. These 2 users told me they do not use their "user" email address and only work with the shared mailbox. They also do not like having to choose which account to use when sending from outlook 2010. So my idea is to remove their user licenses and license the shared mailbox as a user, then in outlook just connect each of their outlook 2010 programs to the same exchange mailbox. Before I do this:
1. Are there any steps I should take regarding access to the mailbox(delegation, read rights, etc.) - since it is already a shared mailbox.
2. Should I just make a new user and delete the shared mailbox or license the shared mailbox as a user?
