I work for a company that has only had Office 365 for a couple months at the most. When I came on board a month ago I was given the task of correcting one of their Office 365 issues. As I was trouble shooting the issue with Microsoft, something was pointed out about how we have our shared calendar and contacts set up. We currently have a shared mailbox called Public. Attached to that shared mailbox is the company calendar and contacts that everyone needs access to. Every user is set up in the "Mailbox Delegation". To better control how things are managed in the public calendar and contacts this should be moved to the "Public Folders". Am I thinking correctly, and if so is there anything I should look out for as I try to move the data from the shared mailbox Public to an actual public folder?
