We are not receiving emails in our inbox from a particular domain. Mail flow Trace shows the emails are being received to our inbox and if a user has a rule applied to send the email to a folder it shows in the Trace too. The emails are not visible in either Outlook on users desktops or online.
We receive emails from other domains OK.
Can anyone advise what else I can do to troubleshoot the issue?
