Scenario;
Mr. Customer has 20 users currently on Office 365 Business Premium.
They each have a user mailbox, and they also open an additional mailbox created as shared@company.com ( This is a user, paid for, as any other, not a “shared mailbox”).
Each user is limited to certain folders (some with read only, some with read write, some with no access...) to the shared@company.com mailbox. The users have for instructions to move most email they receive to the shared user mailbox, in specific folders.
The shared@company.com mailbox contains 100s of folders (if not 1000s), subfolders, and 10 000s of emails with many attachments. It is larger than 30Gb at the moment (and growing fast).
They are all using almost exclusively Outlook (2016) desktop application on Windows 10 pro.
Internet (100mb down / 20mb up, with very little latency) and network...
