We just moved to Office365 BE, and thus far everything has been great expect the unauthenticated relay. It works, but the SMTP string is 49 characters long and our Canon copiers (12 units, owned) will only accept 48 character strings.
If I go with an authenticated account the string drops down to under 20 characters so that works but I would have to burn at least one O365 license AND we would have to update the password on each copier once every 80-90 days to avoid disruption on the floor.
What can I do to overcome this?
