Edit: I removed the Secure Productive Enterprise (SPE) service bundle from the discussion. Upon closer reading I see that it is only available to companies needing 250+ licenses. Its ironic that the smaller companies are required to pay more for the services. It's been that way forever and I understand why, but it's counter-intuitive. Microsoft -- "At launch, Secure Productive Enterprise E3 and E5 will be available through the Enterprise Agreement, Enterprise Agreement Subscription, and Microsoft Products and Services Agreement."

I've searched Spiceworks, and Google for the answer to this without luck. I only found discussions that were related, such as discussions about switching between Enterprise, and Business plans.
