We switched to Office 365 over the weekend and so far things are running smoothly. Took a few extra steps to get our BizHub sending scans via email but that is working as well.
However, discovered that instead of the scan recipient just getting an email containing the attached PDF file, they're getting an email, with an attached message, when you open that message you'll find the PDF. Its not a huge deal but its confusing people because its behaving differently.
Does anyone know of a way around this, none of the settings I messed with should have changed how the printer was sending the messages. Is this just the way MS is interpreting the SMTP requests?
