Alright, its another day and another problem from office 2016, and who is the lovely volunteer? Oh look, outlook 2016 was kind enough to volunteer, AGAIN! Lately we've been having this issue pop up with outlook specially with multiple users. We also have sharepoint 2013 and sometimes we get a mixed erro showing as "Sharepoint: blah blah blah error" for some users and the memory one for others. Unfortunately this was only presented to me recently and the client site is down for the holidays so its some guess work right now. I logged into the one gentlemen's machine and ran scanpst.exe, fixed some found errors. Problem disappeared and then reappeared at which point I ran the quick repair and ran the fixmapi.exe via some technet posts:
