My client has encountered this Office 365 install error 0xc0000020. I have tried the MS fixit tool but nothing seems to work. Every time the install is activated for 365 this error appears.
C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\RstrtMgr.DLL is either not designed to
run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using
the original media or contact your system administrator or software vendor for
support. Error status 0xc0000020.
Additionally I have made sure that all other office apps have been removed.
Has any of the community had similar a registry issue during office ?
