Issue with office365 user's outlook profile where Exchange is setup onsite

We have SBS2011 in one of the offices and 15 pcs. Out of them one user has office365 email and rest use inhouse exchange. On time to time the office365 user's outlook setup automatically changes to inhouse exchange and get the message "Your mailbox has been temporarily moved on Microsoft Exchange" and we have to keep deleting the outlook profile and setup again with office365 account. Is there anything we can do on outlook 2013 that it doesn't reset the setup to exchange? Thank you.
