office pro 365 deployment

hi

we are ready to move to office 365 for suite aps only not the email. my questions is how do you deploy the application and activate it to your users. we're in a domain environment (samba4 acts as a domain controller). Does o365 need to be tied to our domain for user auth?

we have 170 license and i'm trying to figure out the best way to push it out to users and machines with little to no involvement on their part.
