Hey all,
seems as if I'm not alone being unable to open or access shared mailboxes in Outlook 2016 connected to an Office 365 Exchange.
I don't get the "...ost file in use" error, but "no connection to exchange" when trying to open a shared mailbox.
OWA is working fine and the user can open the shared mailbox. Autodiscover works fine.
Has anyone come across this issue and found a solution (besides uninstalling 2016 and going back to 2013 or using OWA)?
I'd appreciate any help, thanks in advance!
