Hi guys,
In my outlook 2016 profile when I search in the inbox of my mailbox and I click " Filter E-mail " and select unread, it does not put the unread items in order and I would have thought it should have?
if I go filter - items and then change it from current folder to all outlook items it then displays me the unread items from each mailbox I have in my profile but I'm not sure why this doesn't happen if I just leave the search on current folder ( when there are infact unread e-mails in the current folder )
Looking forward to responses.
Is this a known issue with Office 2016?
