I have a customer that went and upgraded to the 2016 version of their Office 365 apps and now they can't open an MDB file.
I tried using the Access 2013 & 2016 runtime applications with no luck. The 2013 application will open but it will not open the database file. 2016 won't even install because of an error saying it "Doesn't get along" with click to run installers or something similar. How can I make it so this user can open the file? It's stored on a mapped drive on a server and other users access it as well, so I can't really move it right now.
