For a couple years I have been running O365 Midsize Business at my company. It started out as a few subscriptions, then a few more, and so on. I am up to 52 subscriptions installed on probably 80 computers (a lot of people have a desktop and a laptop which they use separately, which Microsoft allows me to do).
