We are using office 365 and would like a way to setup so that we can capture all emails sent to and from a group of people for record keeping. In the past, we would print out every email and file it. That wasn't very green so we moved away from it and created a mailbox called archived and basically CC that mailbox on every email. Then we designated a person to manage that mailbox by creating subfolders with client's name and moving emails into those subfolders according to client's names. This works ok except when emails and folders started to disappear for no reason. The disappearing of emails and folders have happened many times and it has been very frustrating for the person managing the mailbox. Does anybody of a solution where we can keep a record of all our emails for review? We would like to be able to search for emails, open...
