We seem to have an issue with our RDP server running 2012R2. One of the bugs we've encountered recently is remote users having to wait 5-15 minutes each time they log into their remote session for outlook 2013 synced with office 365 to download any new messages.
We're a law firm that utilises Outlook for all our meetings and logistics. The staff have modify access to all the lawyers calendars.
Using cached mode (with 30+ users) so the calendars don't have to download every time they need to make a schedule change on a lawyer's calendar.
Users are Remote Desktop resource type.
Ran OffCAT with no results
Have run a system check and disk check, but that hasn't resolved anything
OST's are only 800-2200 MB on each affected user.
This only affects remote users on RDP, but users of local workstations don't have this issue.
Any ideas? I've checked...
