Jan 20 2016: Nearly all of my 100+ Office 365 users had to reboot their PC because Outlook 2013 Desktop would not open or opened very slowly. Excel 2013 would not open either. Did anybody else had a similar experience this morning between 6:00 and 8:00 AM Denver Time? I can't find anything wrong with network, internet, DNS. They all work perfectly after a reboot. Even the users who came in this afternoon, logged in, had problems, had to reboot, then everything worked perfectly.
