I apologise if this has been answered already, but Spiceworks is my last stop for this question.
We've migrated to office 365 business essentials, but during the initial setup the choice was made to not enable business skype. Now about a year later we're looking into enabling it for some of our users. The catch here is how do we reenable this service when it's been disabled by default for most of our users.
I've looked through the web admin interface unable to find the area to reenable this feature. DuckDuckGo isn't very helpful, and all the How to's I've encountered don't seem to apply to this particular scenario.
