I've been working on this issue for weeks and am near my wits' end. I migrated a small company (4 users) from a centOS mail system to Office 365 over a month ago. Ever since, 3 of the 4 have not been able to get access to their many folders under their inbox while using a mobile app (either iOS Mail or the Outlook app). Anything that is in their inbox is there, but if they've moved items to folders from their desktop version of Outlook, it's inaccessible on mobile. I've been working with a MS tech for weeks to try to figure it out, but so far, no luck. Here's what we've tried so far:
- Change Mail Days to Sync to 'no limit' on iOS (resolved the issue for the 4th user, but no others)
- Set the IMAP Path Prefix to 'INBOX' (this option does not exist under settings for any of the other users)
