trying to get Office 2013 to install using deployment tool

I am trying to get the script right for running.  I have the business retail plan of office 2013.  On a computer I am using for testing purposes, I have a c:\OfficeDeployment folder that has the software downloaded, as well as the setup.exe, and the .XML files (the original, and the one I use:  ProRetail.XML).  I also have these three files in a separate folder c:\Office2013.  When I try to run it in the command prompt with the "c:\office2013\setup.exe /configure c:\Office2013\proretail.xml" command, it gives me the error code: 0-1008 (0)
