We are migrating to O365 and have been testing Skype. After have been using hangouts for my personal i feel like Skype is broke. Mostly the way history works. Why the hell would i want to view my missed chat in outlook? I want it to sit in my chat waiting till i can reply. I have missed so many reply's because of this.
Is there anyway to keep all chat content within a single chat window and show all history when i open a new chat with that person? Maybe another client i can use that has more options built in?
Maybe i just need to get used to it but so far I'm not a fan.
