Customizing Office 365 web apps

Hi

i would like to customize the Office 365 web apps, those apps which is shown to users when they log in on the web. be default there are some apps like Mail, Calendar, People and etc, shown to users. i would like to customize and hide some of them. is it possible do so? if yes then how.
