Good morning, I have an end user that is saying that he is not able to perform successful searches using Outlook connected to Office 365. He is using Outlook 2013. He does not receive any error messages. I have not asked him to try connecting to OWA and try searching.
I have come across several articles stating that it is an indexing issue with the Exchange server online.
If anyone has experienced this issue and has resolved please guide me in the correct direction.
