Not getting emails - Office 365

I have a user who I will call logos that is no longer getting emails as of yesterday afternoon. When the logos email account was initially set up, emails were coming through just fine. The company email is hosted via Office 365. Each user account is configured locally (on their own desktop) through Outlook 2010.

When I send an email from myself@xyzdomain.com to logos@acmedomain.com the email will instead be delivered to janedoe@acmedomain.com and I am not entirely sure I understand why this is happening?

I'm a total noob with Office 365, so I am hoping that what I just said makes some kind of sense. Please let me know if you need additional information.
