Hi everyone.
We're using the Office 365 E1 for Nonprofits plan. Free so that's nice. I'm planning to migrate our on premise Exchange 2010 server to the online Exchange feature next weekend. I've verified that I can connect to the Exchange server via Office 365 and created the Migration Endpoint. I went to create the migration batch but the cutover option is grayed out.
After some reading, I see that if one is already DirSync, it needs to be disabled, create and run the batch, and then re-enabled DirSync. We are already Dirsync since we're using the Sharepoint features already.
My question: Anybody out there do this and have problem either migrating or re-enabling DirSync once the mail migration is complete? I'm trying to plan this to go as smooth as possible and want to make sure I have everything covered.
