I have several shared mailboxes in our Exchange Online account. One of them is receiving a large amount of private messages from senders. These do not display in the Outlook client at all, but they do display in OWA. I found that the only way to get around this is to create a rule to remove the flag when the message is received. I don't seem to be able to do this. Since it's a shared mailbox, it cannot be logged into directly. I cannot create rules for it from within Outlook. If I open the mailbox through OWA, I am able to create rules, but I don't get an option to clear the flag on the message. Am I missing something?
