OK. So I finally installed and configured DirSync.
It appears to be working. When I change my password it syncs with Office 365. But I have run into an issue with my Office 365 Pro plus after I change my password
Issue: When I open office after changing my password and manually tell dirsync to sync it tells me that I have account problems. So I click on the fix account buttons and try to login but it tells me that there is a problems connecting to my account. But if I sign out and back in a 2 or 3 times the issue is fixed.
I also was wondering if I would get a better sync response if I would move Dirsync onto my DC.
