We use OneDrive for Business and every once and awhile run into a problem when a user shares a folder with people outside the organization.
The problems for external users.
- Unable to download more than one file at a time.
- Unable to Sync the folder.
My guess is the people who run into problems do not have One Drive for Business. I'm guessing there are limitations to sharing with people who do not have One Drive for Business and wanted to confirm this.
