We have a group that uses a shared mailbox (Exchange Online, connects through Outlook 2013/365). When they get emails that are sent to multiple recipients, they respond back with "Reply All". Unlike when they reply all to their own messages, it adds the shared mailbox as one of the recipients, and they have to remember to remove it every time. It's a minor annoyance, but one that really shouldn't happen and I'm hoping there is a technical solution for this other than telling them "just remove it every time, sorry".
Any ideas?
