Well this morning I was hit with a bit of a problem. All of the users of one domain on Office365 are unable to receive external e-mails.
For example:
We have domain1.com, domain2.com, and domain3.com
Domains 1 & 2 people can recieve email fine from anywhere. But people on Domain3.com are unable to receive email from external sources. Any ideas of what might be causing this?
Everything was working fine, no recent record changes or anything. People were getting external messages yesterday.
