Remove mobile from quarantine with PowerShell to allow access

I'm tired of spending 3 to 5 minutes removing devices from quarantine each time; that page, for whatever reason, always takes forever to load and refresh.  I can find the items quickly using PowerShell, either with "Get-MobileDevice -Mailbox " or "Get-MobileDevice -Filter {DeviceAccessState -eq 'Quarantined'}" (or both together), but I can't find a way to set the device to "Allowed".  There's no Set-MobileDevice; the only three verbs for that are Get, Clear and Remove, no Set.

So, is there a way, or am I stuck with using that horribly slow interface?
