Hi guys,
The other day all our public folders stopped receiving emails. This problem took me a while to work out and has lost us much business from customers trying to email the Sales@ address. I've read that this is due to MS applying some pointless security update and didn't tell anyone about it!
This cannot be acceptable that MS can just do stuff like this thus causing us lose of business. Do we have a leg to stand on fighting this?
