We have an issue I have been trying to work through, and want to see if anyone has any ideas. We just migrated a client from an on-site SBS 2008 Exchange Server to Office 365 hosted exchange. This client is a construction company and spends a fair amount of time out of the office, so they have delivery receipts turned on because secretary's that work at the corporate office send messages as these users through the "Send As" function.
The issue we are experiencing is that the delivery reports are showing up in the Outlook Desktop software, however, the delivery reports are not showing up on the person who had the message sent for them on their iPhone. So we believe that the delivery reports are working, however they are not being synchronized to the iPhone, which has the account added to it as a Microsoft Exchange account.
