The user is getting sporadic NDR's only on replies/forwards. The error is very generic...

Only happens in Outlook (2013), the user has a desktop and laptop and it happens on both (Win 7 Pro x64).
I've had a support case open with MS for a month and they have no idea what the problem is and have been of no help. Tried all the usual stuff - new profile, new OST file, re-download the address book, etc. Their only suggestion at this point is to have the user clean up their mailbox so there aren't 88,000 items in "Inbox". This user has never created subfolders or filed their mail in any fashion. Everything for nearly a decade still sits in their Inbox. Almost...
