I'm a Microsoft Partner and Action Pack Subscriber. Yet, I cannot get anyone at Microsoft to pick up the damn phone or answer an email efficiently. I've been on hold for over 8 hours (3 separate calls), over a billing issue. Someone answers the phone, takes down your information and then puts you into a queue. You are given the option to get a call-back. When they do call you back (hours later) you are just put back on hold again. WTF?
I am so angry/annoyed by this, that I want to stop being a MS partner. What's the point?
