Currently our organization switched to Office 365 Enterprise and I service our Help Desk / Systems Admin for our company. We were promised many things by our contractor who came in and set this system up but one thing we didn't take into effect was resetting passwords. Currently we still use AD and DC on the local level but switched to use O365 for our e-mail and office licenses.
Currently when a user needs to change their password, they are required to contact IT and have us send out a temp password where they can reset their password using mail.office365.com. I would like users to be able to reset their own password like before. Before when using Win Server 2008 with Exchange, they were able to reset using OWA no problem. When they attempt to change it using O365 website, they not allowed and told they have to have us do it manually....
