Office 365 to PST

Hi Guys,

I wonder if anyone here had a good way to extract Office 365 to PST. I called Microsoft about this and they told me the only way to do this is by using Outlook client.

It does the job for small data but it takes ages to export especially the one in the archive. With big data though (+20GB) I also have a network connection error so Microsoft suggested to individually choose a folder to export to lower the number of data.

We are doing this to backup certain accounts before deleting it.

Do you have a better way to do this? BTW, we don't have on-premise exchange.
