Office365 ProPlus - Updating the On-Premises Update Source with New Builds

I am working through the final stages of testing before I deploy Office365 ProPlus (client only) to a sampling of users. I have configured the server share with an installconfiguration.xml file that looks like this:

As you can see, the UpdatePath is set to a local server\share. My question is how do I update the build in the UpdatePath share? I would imagine I would setup a scheduled task but am not sure how to configure the xml file to be used with the setup.exe /download command/switch to pull just the delta of the new build. Is that even possible, or is it going to be downloading the entire new build to the share...
