I have never been much of an Exchange administrator, nor have I been one to hoard emails myself, so I have never set up an archive for myself.
I have a user who's Office365 Email box is becoming quite cumbersome, and I would like to work with her on archiving, but I have no idea what to do. So far, all I have done is to enable archiving on her account, but I am not sure what happens next.
Could someone explain to me what I need to do on the client side to help her get her mailbox back under control? We use Office365 hosted exchange server, and Outlook 2010 as the client.
