Where are Office365 mail stored ? (in which country ?)

Hi all

in my company (Italian) we are planning to migrate from our internal SBS2008 server to Office365

Is it possible to know (or better, to choose) where our mail will be stored ? If I need (for privacy national rules or other reasons) that all my data are stored in my country, or in an european country, is it possible ?
