our client PCs are using Firefox and Outlook365. Outlook seems to use HTML for new emails and also responds to HTML emails in the same format.
Unfortunately we have the problem, that line breaks don't seem to function properly with HTML emails. When writing the text will not break at the end of the screen but goes on and eventually does a break on its own. When one sends such an email it looks like sh*t. IE doesn't seem to have this problem.
Anyone else here having this problem and maybe a solution for it? No, using IE is _not_ an option for us ;)
