We have a completely in the cloud Office 365 deployment with around 600 licenses and about 40 Distribution Groups. Up until last Friday, I had Delivery Management set up on the Distribution Groups so that only internal users (in a Distribution Group) and a group of external contacts all in their own Distribution Groupcould email these Distribution Groups. The majority of our users use OWA for email. So far, it is only a few users seeing this problem, myself included, although I suspect the real number is much higher. When attempting to send an email to one of these Distribution Groups, OWA states "You do not have permission to send to <Distribution Group".
