I have a user on my network that is having constant issues with Excel and office 365. First she reported to me the following error:
"Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less data or close other applications."
Checked even viewer and noticed a ton of Excel application errors. It was consistently not responding. The issues have been ongoing for almost 4 months. This is week 2 for me with the company. I tried checking for solutions by using reliability manager, tried re-installing 0365, tried running the repair from add/remove programs and got an error that says, "Something went wrong", even tried changing her theme as I seen a user this week who could open every other office program except outlook and the reason was the default Dell theme that came on the laptop.
If anybody has any suggestions or can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. I will try anything at this point as I can't seem to get a handle on what is the root cause here.
