Apr 22, 2013 2:58 AM Service interruption Microsoft engineers have identified an issue in POP/IMAP for certain scenarios where the user’s primary SMTP and UPN are different, causing the users to be unable to connect to our service. The Exchange Engineering team is actively engaged in resolving the issue and applying a patch to the impacted servers. The next update will be at 12:00 PM PDT on 22 April 2013.
