Office 365 Auto reply rules

We're in the process of moving all our users to office 365. we're local govt and have a mailbox that the public email to called council@ourdomain.com. currently its on premise still and we have mailmarshal handling the auto replies where it will take the subject of the email sent to it and reply saying thank you for contacting us regarding : {Subject}. so it takes the subject of the email that the public send in and puts it in the auto response.

Is there anyway to get this same thing going in the office 365 portal?

Or any kind of solution?
