emails sent internally to alias address doesn't have proper To: address

We have configured a mailbox to have a series of alias email address. one@domain.com, two@domain.com, three@doman.com for a mailbox real@domain.com

Mail sent externally show up in the underlying mailbox as expected. E.g. the To: field in the header contains the one@... or the two@...

However, when sending emails from local outlook 2010 users to those alias accounts, the header displays the underlying non-alias account name, real@domain.com.

Can anyone explain how and why this is happening, and how to fix the behaviour?

Thank you.
