Office 365 DirSync

Hi,

Would anyone recommend using the Office 365 DirSync tool? I was going to implement it with password syncing too, but wanted to get other professionals' experiences with it before moving forward. It really hasn't been much of a hassle managing both AD accounts and Office 365 accounts separately. But if it really does save time and is not a headache to get working, then I'm all for it.
